Pool is known as a type of art and is the family of cue sports and games that is very popular in western countries. Its play on a pool table that has six pockets with a cue and pool balls to play. There are hundred types of pool games available, yet the most common types are 8 balls, 9 balls, and straight pool.

Do not worry, it is not hard to play pool if compared to the other sports, as all you need to do is just to get the pool balls right into the pockets before your opponents do. ‘Break’ is used to describe every first shot of the game that is taken. If he player is able to sink all the pool balls into the pockets and follow by the 8 balls, he or she will be the winner of the game.

Besides, playing pool can improve hand-and-eye coordination by aiming and shooting the ball as well as helping in concentration. This can also be one of the best way in building strong relationships with your friends because it requires some discussions and communication among people throughout the game.

Students are encouraged to spend their free time in playing pool regularly as it helps in releasing stress and clearing the mind. A player’s mind will be sharpened as pool requires psychological mathematical estimations and calculations, and the skill to determine how much force to apply on a strike. It is not only designed for male but also female as well.
