JERYL LEE’S VOICE STOLE ORIENTATION NIGHT 2017!

NILAI 20 September- Superstar Jeryl Lee stole all the attention at the 2017 INTI Orientation Night on Wednesday, keeping her promise to appear on stage and went on to perform her latest single “Say” in front of a maximum capacity crowd at the Tan Yew Sing Multipurpose Hall.
The night’s event, which lasted from 7 P.M. till midnight, was supposed to be the final chapter of deciding who will be Mr. and Ms. INTI 2017. But that was all as if dwindled to a side show when the 17 years-old Sing! China 2016 finalist made her entrance on stage, sending the crowd into frenzy.
The Penang born singer performed a total of 3 songs that night, including her latest single “Say”, and another two covers of Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai’s “I Know You Are Sad” and U.S. singer Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song”, both of which she performed during her time at Sing! China 2016.
INTI Social Board Organizing Chairperson Seng Hei Yee told INTI News her committee’s persistence has paid off when Jeryl Lee finally agreed to make an appearance on the event.
“We emailed her at first, and she took quite a long time to reply us.” Ms. Seng told after the event concluded around midnight.
“And then we said, yes, we want you, please come, and that is why she’s here tonight.”
