Announcing the New Mr. and Ms. INTI!
NILAI 20 September - Aside from Jeryl Lee’s appearance on stage, the new Mr. and Ms. INTI were also unveiled on Wednesday night. Gabriel Lee from BMEGI and Savanna Low from DMCM were crowned respectively as this year’s Mr. and Ms. INTI.
Speaking after the event, the new Mr. INTI said he felt happy about everything. “The most challenging part is to cooperate with your partner”, Lee said after thanking all parties that guided him throughout the competition.
Newly crowned Ms. INTI 2017 Savanna Low also shared similar challenges as Mr. INTI, but the first semester DMCM student added it was fun at the same time.
“We have to train with each other really hard”, she said, “we do catwalk, we do posing, and… I don’t know we just have a lot of fun.”
A total of ten contestants, five in each gender category, showcased their talent on the stage through various segments that included three rounds of catwalks under different themes, and individual talent showcase afterwards.
Three final contestants from each category were then selected based on their received votes from students and evaluation by the judges before the announcement of final results were made.
