INTI celebrates the great achievements of Foundation Class of 2018.

A graduation ceremony commemorates one the biggest highlight in an individual’s life, especially it being a college achievement. Sparkling guardians, obviously feeling exceptionally proud for their children’s accomplishments and companions welcoming each other added to the buzz of fervor in the corridor. As of statement given by Ms. Sherlly, Coordinator of INTI Academic Awards, the total participants of this year’s awards is 750.

This ceremony welcomes a guest speaker Ms. Suan Tan, Senior Manager of WWF, to enlighten the ceremony with few empowering words. Mr Song Kuok Thong, Director of Student Services, did mention after all this years, it’s something different to have a guest speaker from the outside to give an opening ceremony speech.

Ms. Suan did mention her congratulations by saying “I extend warm congratulations to all the award recipients who have done so well in their examinations, and congratulations to your dedicated lecturers as well.”

As part of INTI’s collaboration with WWF for the past 7 years, Ms. Suan was very much proud to be a part of this highlight. Besides that, Mr Song was very much satisfied with the new additions to this year’s graduation ceremony, such as the hashtag that was placed for students to have fun with when posting their memory of graduation.

Above all this, Mr Song did say that he is extremely surprised by the number of parents who attended this year’s graduation as of normally parents wouldn’t have a big number.

With all this being said, they also presented the students of President Honor Roll and Dean’s Honor Roll. Every student who stepped onto the stage to collect their honor rolls were in so much of joy that many were speechless and thankful. At the same time, Dr Sulaiman, Lecturer of Foundation in Sciences, proudly says, ‘I’m proud of my students as I have shared the happy moments with them and it feels like a reward for myself.’

‘Today isn't just a huge day for my child, yet it is additionally for me as a mum to sit back and watch my efforts pay off and cry tear of joy for my child,’ said a parent of twins graduating with their foundations.
